Using the platform
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You must verify your email before submitting reports.
Your reports
Report only what you genuinely experienced or reasonably believe, and describe facts rather than guesses. Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory or abusive content, personal information about other people, or content you do not have the right to share.
You confirm that you consent to a moderated public summary of your report being shown, without your identity. Moderators may decline, hold or unpublish a report or evidence file, and may request more information.
Reporting here does not file an official complaint with any authority.
Evidence
Upload only files you are entitled to share. Uploads are limited in number, size and type. We strip image metadata and may reject files that fail checks.
Moderation and account actions
Reports are reviewed before being published. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the platform. Moderation decisions and key account actions are logged.
Accuracy and liability
Content on the platform is provided for general information. User-submitted reports have not been independently verified unless labelled as verified by FoodQuality.in moderators. See our Disclaimer for limits on what we promise.
